Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (N.E.A.T.)
NEAT, or non-exercise activity, is the guiding principle for the Gruve. NEAT is the number of calories you burn during everyday activities: taking the stairs instead of the elevator, gardening, taking walking or stretching breaks during the work day, or parking farther away in the lot.
